Returns & Refunds Policy – Please Read Carefully

At Roworth Ltd, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. As such, items are exempt from standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. We kindly ask customers to review sizing guides and product details carefully before placing an order.

No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• Preference on colour or style

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will accept returns where items are:

• Faulty due to a manufacturing defect
• Damaged on arrival
• Incorrectly supplied (wrong item sent)

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at marketing@roworthltd.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs

We will review and, where appropriate:

• Offer a replacement (subject to availability), or
• Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible

Return postage will be covered by Roworth Ltd for approved faulty items.

What Is Not Considered Faulty

The following are not classified as faults:

• Minor variations in colour due to screen settings
• Natural wear and tear
• Damage caused by washing contrary to care instructions

Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
